Darren specializes in buying distressed properties or properties with value added potential. After purchasing a property, Darren strives to quickly fill vacancies and efficiently renovate well located older properties. Over the years Darren has brought in outside investors, keeping a 20% – 50% equity stake, and has a proven track record of successful asset and property management services for over 380,000/SF of retail and medical office buildings. Darren grew up in Bellevue, Washington and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a major emphasis in Finance.
