CAREER SUMMARY:

Christine Bloch began purchasing commercial properties when, in 1987, she received a large sum of capitol from the sale of her father’s business. As a portion of her investing, she has purchased, managed, remodeled and sold commercial properties for the last 25 years. By being a tenant as well as an owner, Christine brings a valued perspective to Bloch Properties by understanding the needs of the small business tenant. For the last 40 years Christine has also owned and operated restaurants.

Christine Bloch grew up in Seattle and graduated from the University of Washington with a Marketing degree from the Business School.
